"Clear Return Policy, Finally"
I checked the return policy before ordering from Comfrt, i was relieved it was actually easy to understand. I get really annoyed when sites use vague wording or make you dig around for basic info, but this was simple. It explained what to do if something didn’t fit and how long I had to send it back. Made me feel a lot better about placing the order.

I ordered from Comfrt as a preorder, so I already knew it wasn’t going to ship right away. It ended up taking about as long as they said, maybe a little longer, but whenever I reached out, I did get updates. When the set finally arrived, I was really happy with it. It’s super comfy, looks like the pictures, and feels great on. I’m giving 4 stars just because the waiting part was a little frustrating, but overall I’m satisfied with my order and would definitely buy again if I’m not in a rush.

I love it. Like, really love it. The weight is just enough to feel calming, but not so heavy that it’s annoying. I’ve been throwing it on around the house almost every day. Cold nights, couch time, random morning coffee… it’s been getting a lot of use. It did take a little while to show up, which had me checking the tracking more than once, but once it arrived, I kind of forgot about the wait. Totally worth it for me.

I was kind of expecting the usual checkout hassle, but it actually went smoothly. Apple Pay worked without giving me any issues, and the confirmation email showed up right away. Nothing really went wrong, which was a relief.

I really loved this when I first got it. It looked great and felt comfortable, so I was happy with the purchase. But after just a few washes, the seams started getting loose and the fabric began to pill. For the price, I expected it to last longer and hold up better.

I ordered a hoodie from Comfrt and overall I do like it. The material feels really soft and it has a nice thicker weight to it, so it doesn’t feel super cheap or flimsy. That said, it did shed a bit when I first got it, which made me wonder a little about how well it’ll hold up over time. Still, it’s comfortable and I’m happy with it so far

It wasn’t a super big deal, but it was definitely a little annoying since I double-checked everything before placing the order. Shipping was totally fine, and the hoodie feels really nice, so overall I’m happy enough. I just wish the order had been 100% correct...
